We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
Orders must include a valid Australian street address.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • During peak periods (such as sales or holiday seasons), processing times may be extended

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: Dispatch typically occurs within 3–8 business days due to high demand
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and delivery location
  • Express shipping options are available at an additional cost
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected orders or during promotional periods

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery through the carrier’s website.


6. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout
  • Treasure Emporium is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in working with the carrier and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.


7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue to help us resolve the matter quickly.


8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

Orders that include pre-order or backorder items will generally be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.
