Refund policy

This policy explains returns, refunds and warranty claims for purchases from Treasure Emporium. Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law.
1. Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges solely because you change your mind, choose incorrectly or no longer want an item.
This does not affect remedies for faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
2. Faulty Goods and Consumer Guarantees
Our products are subject to consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement and may be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
For a minor problem, we may provide an appropriate repair. If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, further remedies may be available.
Consumer guarantees do not have a fixed expiry date and may apply after an additional warranty ends.
Customers should contact Treasure Emporium about a problem. We may coordinate assessment, replacement parts, repairs or returns with our fulfilment supplier, but this does not remove our obligations to you.
3. Additional Warranty
Treasure Emporium provides a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
If a product includes a longer warranty, the applicable details will be stated on its product page or supplied warranty documentation.
The additional warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, unauthorised modification or failure to follow reasonable care instructions, or ordinary wear and tear. These exclusions do not limit any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
To make a warranty claim, contact Treasure Emporium using the details below. Include proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photos or video where reasonably available.
We will assess your claim and coordinate any necessary supplier assessment or remedy. Contact us before returning the product so we can provide the correct return instructions.
For confirmed faulty goods, reasonable return postage and packaging costs will be covered or reimbursed. Where a faulty product cannot reasonably be posted or easily returned, we will arrange collection at no cost to you as required by law. Please retain receipts for any return expenses.
This warranty is additional to your Australian Consumer Law rights. It does not replace, restrict or shorten them.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
4. Making a Return or Claim
Contact us using the details below. Please provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photos or video where reasonably available.
An order confirmation, receipt or other reasonable evidence of purchase may assist.
Please contact Treasure Emporium before returning a faulty item so we can arrange the appropriate return label or collection with our supplier.
Do not send goods to a supplier or warehouse without first confirming the return address and arrangements with us. This request does not remove your statutory rights.
Keep the product available for assessment where reasonably possible. Original packaging may help with safe transport, but is not a condition of your Australian Consumer Law rights.
If you are entitled to a refund, it will generally be issued to the original payment method unless another method is agreed with you.
