We do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Please choose your items carefully, as we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges if you decide you no longer want the product. This applies to all products, including seasonal and promotional items.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

3. Proof of Purchase

4. Return Shipping (Faulty or Damaged Items Only)

If your item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged:

  • Return shipping costs may be covered by Treasure Emporium

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.

Warranty Period

Most products sold by Treasure Emporium are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

This warranty covers:

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact us by email and include the following:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the fault or damage
  • Any other relevant details that may help us assess the claim

Important Note

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
